Aeronix respects your privacy. All aerial data collection is conducted in strict compliance with FAA Part 107 regulations and local privacy laws. We do not collect identifiable imagery of private property without explicit consent or contractual authorization.
Flight logs, telemetry data, and captured imagery (Thermal, LiDAR, RGB) are stored on encrypted servers. We retain mission data for 30 days post-delivery unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.
All flight operations are subject to weather conditions, TFRs (Temporary Flight Restrictions), and airspace authorization (LAANC). Aeronix reserves the right to cancel or reschedule flights if safety parameters are not met.
While we carry comprehensive liability insurance, Aeronix is not responsible for project delays caused by force majeure events, including severe weather, solar flares affecting GPS, or regulatory grounding.
